The elegant first electric shooting brake
Mercedes-Benz continues to push the boundaries of electric mobility with the launch of the all-new CLA Shooting Brake – the brand’s first electric model in this body style. Building on the success of the CLA, it combines sporty design with practicality and intelligent technology. The dynamic proportions of a four-door coupe remain, but the interior offers significantly more space for passengers and luggage. Trunk volume ranges from 455 to 1,290 liters, with an additional 101 liters of storage space under the front hood in a lit frunk. Practicality is further enhanced by standard roof rails with a load capacity of up to 75 kg, perfect for transporting bikes or surfboards.

Performance and design: Extended range, fast charging, and distinctive style
Thanks to advanced EQ technology, the CLA Shooting Brake offers a driving range of up to 761 km (WLTP), making it ideal for both daily use and long trips. Just 10 minutes of charging adds up to 310 km of range. The more powerful CLA 350 4MATIC with all-wheel drive delivers dynamic road performance, while the two-speed electric drive combines efficiency with smooth and engaging acceleration. The design stands out with a sporty front featuring an illuminated star panel, LED MULTIBEAM headlights, and a rear light strip with a stylish star motif. A panoramic glass roof offers adjustable transparency from fully clear to matte enhancing privacy and sun protection. A highlight is the roof lighting that simulates a starry sky with 158 LED stars, illuminating the cabin at night in the chosen ambient color, creating a magical experience especially for rear passengers.

Comfort and technology: More space, luxury, and intelligent connectivity
The longer roof with a lowered slope increases headroom in the rear seats by 26 mm, enhancing comfort for all passengers. Wider rear door openings make getting in and out easier. Overall dimensions have slightly increased, reflected in a longer 2,790 mm wheelbase. Rear seats fold in a standard 40:20:40 split, while the practical electric EASY-PACK tailgate improves usability. The interior continues the avant-garde style of the CLA sedan with a “floating” center console and door panels, creating an airy and luxurious atmosphere. A wide range of colors and materials are available from leather and modern fabrics to wood, carbon fiber, and aluminum finishes. A new multifunction steering wheel features intuitive rotary and toggle buttons for easier control of assistance systems and multimedia.

Intelligent infotainment and efficient powertrain with rich standard features
The optional MBUX Superscreen spans the entire dashboard, combining up to three touchscreens powered by high-performance graphics from the Unity gaming engine. The system supports many apps, including streaming services and cloud gaming, providing entertainment on the go. The latest MBUX generation uses AI from Microsoft and Google, enabling the voice assistant to hold complex conversations, understand emotions, and respond in real time. OTA updates keep the system state-of-the-art throughout the vehicle’s lifetime. At the heart of the CLA Shooting Brake is a new electric drive with an 85 kWh battery, 800-volt architecture, and a two-speed transmission on the rear axle. The CLA 250+ accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 6.8 seconds with a top speed of 210 km/h. A hybrid model with 48-volt technology and an electric motor integrated into the transmission will be available in spring 2026, allowing purely electric urban driving. Standard features include LED headlights, heated sports seats made of eco-friendly materials, intelligent climate control, and numerous assistance systems that enhance every journey’s comfort and safety.
