
The lively T-Hybrid system
Porsche has comprehensively revised the legendary 911 sports car and is bringing a real innovation to the road with the new 911 Carrera GTS: it is the first road-legal 911 with a specially developed performance hybrid drive. Inside the new 911 Carrera GTS Coupé, a state-of-the-art T-Hybrid system inspired by motorsport and precisely matched to the characteristics of the 911 ensures impressive performance and efficiency. It features a newly developed 3.6-liter boxer engine that delivers 357 kW (485 hp) and 570 Nm of torque without electric assistance. It is supported by two electric motors: one integrated electric motor in the innovative electric exhaust gas turbocharger, which builds up boost pressure at lightning speed and simultaneously generates up to 11 kW (15 hp) of electrical energy, and one synchronous motor in the eight-speed dual-clutch transmission (PDK), which contributes up to 40 kW of power and 150 Nm of torque. The compact high-voltage battery with a storage capacity of 1.9 kWh supplies the system and, thanks to the elimination of the belt drive, enables a space-saving engine design. Overall, this results in a system output of 398 kW (541 hp) and 610 Nm – an increase of 45 kW (61 hp) compared to the predecessor. The new GTS is not only faster, but also more efficient, especially at the start. It accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.0 s and reaches a top speed of 312 km/h.



More performance: new suspension and active aerodynamics
The suspension of the new 911 Carrera GTS has been specifically revised to optimally transfer the increased power to the road. Rear-axle steering is now a standard and provides more stability at high speeds and at the same time improves maneuverability in everyday driving. The Porsche Dynamic Chassis Control (PDCC) anti-roll stabilization system is integrated into the high-voltage system of the performance hybrid and works even more precisely and responsively thanks to electro-hydraulic control. The sportily tuned suspension with PASM (Porsche Active Suspension Management) and 10 millimeters lowering delivers the typical GTS driving experience. The dynamic setup is rounded off by the standard wheels: on the rear axle, the GTS models roll on wide 21-inch wheels, which not only provides a powerful look, but also significantly increases traction and driving dynamics.


Refined exterior and interior layout
The new Porsche 911 combines the classic design DNA with state-of-the-art technology and more extras. For the first time, all lighting functions are integrated into the characteristic four-point graphic Matrix LED main headlights as standard. As an option, Porsche offers an HD Matrix LED version with over 32,000 light points and a high-performance high beam that illuminates the road for up to 600 meters. All 911 Carrera GTS models profit from a GTS-specific sports exhaust system as standard which produces the distinctive sound. An optional aero kit enhances performance – with SportDesign front bumper, unique front spoiler, matching side sill panels, and a weight-optimized, fixed rear wing. Regarding the interior, Porsche is focusing on an even more intuitive control and driver focus with the new “Driver Experience” operating concept. New features include the start button and a fully digital instrument cluster for the first time. Driving modes and assistance systems can now be adapted even more individually – for a driving experience that perfectly combines technology and emotion.



The Porsche Swiss Package
The new Porsche 911 Carrera GTS starts at CHF 206'900 in Switzerland. Swiss customers also benefit from attractive additional services: With an extended warranty and assistance (2 + 2 years each) as well as a current currency compensation premium, Porsche offers a particularly attractive overall package. In addition, the Porsche Swiss Package is included as standard for all 911 Carrera GTS variants – Cabriolet, Carrera 4 GTS, Carrera 4 GTS Cabriolet and Targa 4 GTS. This includes darkened HD Matrix LED headlights, a BOSE Surround Sound System, a garage door opener (HomeLink) and an ionizer at no extra charge.
