Driving pleasure with powerful engine performance

The Morgan Supersport is the new flagship of the British automobile manufacturer Morgan. It combines classic craftsmanship with modern technology and represents a further development of the traditional Morgan design. The silhouette remains unmistakable, but the proportions have been revised, the lines are more precise, and the surface is more aerodynamic. It's the perfect car if you want to speed off into the sunset in style! Under the hood the car features a BMW B58 TwinPower Turbo six-cylinder engine with 335 hp, coupled to a ZF eight-speed automatic gearbox. The engine ensures a good balance between performance and driving comfort. The vehicle is based on the new CXV aluminum platform, which offers improved torsional rigidity and raises handling to a new level. The weight of this platform is just 102 kg, which not only improves dynamics but also increases efficiency. Thanks to revised steering and newly tuned suspension, the Supersport delivers an even more direct driving experience without diluting the typical Morgan DNA. An optional Dynamic Handling Pack with adjustable Nitron dampers, and a Limited-slip Differential further enhance performance. The alloy wheels are available in either 18 or 19 inches. The new Superlite and Aerolite wheels significantly reduce the unsprung mass and contribute to agile handling. Michelin Pilot Sport 5 tires, which are known for their high wet grip and precise feedback, are fitted as standard.

Retro and modern: The perfect look for today's nostalgia fans

The Morgan Supersport combines classic design elements with modern accents. Its elongated hood, curved fenders and flowing lines provide a dynamic elegance. The combination of handcrafted aluminum body parts and modern aerodynamics ensures a harmonious balance between tradition and technological progress. From the front, the minimalist radiator grille and integrated LED headlights characterize the appearance. The front splitter and rear diffusers, optionally in matt grey or chrome look, emphasize the sporty look. Side air intakes optimize the ventilation of the engine compartment, while the tapered rear section with narrow tail lights ensures a harmonious overall layout. The body is made of handcrafted aluminum parts stretched over an ash wood frame – a construction that combines tradition with modern engineering. The aerodynamic design reduces drag by five percent and lift by 20 percent, which improves stability at higher speeds. A special feature is the trunk, which has been reintroduced for the first time in over a decade and can be opened by remote control, providing ample storage space for luggage on a weekend trip. It also provides a clear view of the underlying wooden construction.

Matching the mood: the flexible roof for romantics

The Supersport is available with both a lightweight, removable hardtop made of carbon composite material and a folding mohair softtop. The hardtop integrates a generous rear window for a bright interior, while the softtop provides a classic, open driving experience. The hardtop weighs just 19.7 kg and is painted in the same color as the car, it blends seamlessly into the overall appearance of the vehicle. The large, curved rear window ensures that the cockpit is flooded with light and enhances the open driving experience without having to forego the advantages of a fixed roof. The folding mohair soft top, on the other hand, offers the classic convertible experience and is available in various colors. A suitable cover for operation with the top down is included. In addition, slim, removable side screens are installed, which are visually reminiscent of earlier Morgan models. A newly developed fixing system makes handling easier, improves the accuracy of fit and ensures a better seal. They are unlocked via the inside door handle, making visible fixing elements superfluous. The lower section of the side screen is made of mohair and color-coordinated with the roof, while the upper aluminum frame is available in either satin silver or satin dark gray.

A sleek interior with powerful modern technology

In the interior, too, Morgan relies on the skillful use of classic craftsmanship and modern technology. The dashboard combines analog instruments with a digital control unit. The displays feature the company's own “HFS” lettering, inspired by the first Morgan logo from 1909. High-quality materials such as Scottish leather for the hand-stitched leather seats and various types of wood lend the cockpit a sophisticated feel. A revised door card with its integrated loudspeaker cover made of recycled aluminum sets accents. Connectivity and comfort are ensured by an improved Sennheiser audio system with special loudspeakers behind the seats and special actuators that make the bass perceptible. Noise absorbers ensure an exhilarating sound experience even with loud outside noises. An integrated hands-free system with three microphones via Bluetooth enables clear conversations, even when the roof is open. There is also a wireless charging station for smart phones. The Morgan Motor Company was founded in 1909 by H.F.S. Morgan in Malvern, England, and is known for its hand-built sports cars with a unique design. The company has been combining traditional craftsmanship with modern technologies for over a century. To this day, Morgan vehicles are produced in limited numbers and with great attention to detail. Each example of the Supersport can be individually configured. Thanks to an almost unlimited choice of colors and materials, no two vehicles are ever the same. The price starts at GBP 85,000 (plus tax) and the first deliveries of the Supersport are planned for mid-2025.
