The Emira is a premium mid-engine sports car that plays a key role in the transformation of the Lotus brand. With its distinctive design, dynamic driving performance, precise handling, and refined aerodynamics, it embodies the brand’s core values and offers a true “For The Drivers” experience. Lotus is now expanding the Emira line-up with two new variants: the Emira V6 SE and the Emira Turbo. At the same time, the entire Emira range receives technical upgrades, including optimized cooling systems for better flow and reduced weight, recalibrated climate control for consistent interior comfort, and an updated dual-clutch transmission with shorter shift times. The introduction of the new colors EOS Green and Purple Haze Metallic also broadens the design offering, adding a welcome visual impact. All Emira models continue to be hand-built at the historic Lotus facility in Hethel, England, where sports cars have been produced since 1966. Both models are available to order in Switzerland now and will be in showrooms from September 2025.
Pure driving pleasure in classic Lotus style: The new Emira V6 SE
The Emira V6 SE is powered by a 3.5-litre supercharged V6 engine delivering 400 PS and accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in just 4.3 s. It reaches a top speed of 290 km/h. The standard 6-speed manual transmission (optional automatic) with limited-slip differential ensures a direct, sporty driving experience. Two suspension settings (Tour and Sport) and hydraulic steering provide precise handling. Visually, the V6 SE impresses with its exclusive Zinc Grey paint, Black Pack, 20-inch wheels and a luxurious Alcantara interior. Customers can also personalize their Emira V6 SE. Options include 15 exterior colors, seven interior themes, four brake calliper colors and eight wheel designs. Prices start at 111,700 CHF.
The entry into the world of modern Lotus: The Emira Turbo
The Emira Turbo, as the entry-level model in the range, focuses on everyday usability and driving fun. The 2.0-litre four-cylinder turbo AMG engine produces 360 PS and accelerates the sports car from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.4 s. The top speed is 275 km/h. With its 8-speed dual-clutch transmission, double wishbone suspension and electro-hydraulic steering, dynamic driving is guaranteed. Standard features include modern Driver Assist, a 190-watt audio system, and Apple CarPlay/Android Auto. Visually, it stands out with satin silver accents and yellow-black Lotus emblems. Prices start at 92,700 CHF.
Powerful Lotus performance: The Emira Turbo SE
The Emira Turbo SE takes AMG technology to a new level: With 400 PS and a sprint time of just 4.0 s to 100 km/h, it is the most powerful turbo variant. The combination of 8-speed DCT transmission, sporty suspension tuning and exclusive design features makes it the ideal choice for drivers seeking both performance and comfort. Standard features also include ADAS systems, digital connectivity and a wide range of customization options. The new “Racing Line” design option provide an even sportier look for both SE models, with a fine pinstripe in yellow, red or silver along the lower body line as well as color-matched brake callipers and mirror caps. The package is completed by high-gloss black wheels, Racing Line badges, a black-silver exterior emblem, color-matched interior stitching, and logo badges.
